By submitting this referral, you confirm that the individual you are referring has permitted you to share their contact information with CTM Insurance. There is no limit to the number of individuals you may refer through the CTM Referral Program. One completed quote equals one draw entry for the referring policyholder and one draw entry for the referred individual. Upon completion of the quote, both parties will be entered into the next available quarterly draw. To be eligible, the referred individual must have received their quote and the confirmation email stating they have been entered into the draw. Individuals may only be referred once, and draw entries reset following each quarterly draw. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. If a prize is not claimed within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be featured on the CTM website and other CTM marketing channels, subject to consent. CTM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program at any time.
