It’s your first day – Welcome aboard! Your first day is spent with your hiring manager at one of our offices. While there, we will set you up with the technology you need to be successful, and help you complete some HR and payroll forms before you get started on your training. Oh, and we buy you lunch (who says there is no such thing as a free lunch?!)
We offer benefits, including health, dental, drug coverage, and emergency medical for travel. All salaried staff receive 12 personal days a year (these may be pro-rated depending on start date) and you can use these for anything from a sick day to an emergency vacation day! We also offer paid time off; the minimum you will get is two weeks (10 days) in addition to the personal days and statutory holidays.
Most roles at CTM are hybrid – Which means you can work from the comfort of your home two to three days each week. We have taken significant steps in digitization through technology investments that keep us connected with each other and our clients regardless of where we are that day.
Your time at CTM will be rewarding – We are working directly with our communities and insuring our friends and neighbours; you will really get to see what makes working at a mutual different. CTM also hosts staff appreciation days, BBQs, contests, and most importantly, friendship and fun every day.
