Melhem Sawaya, owner of Sawaya Gardens has been involved in horticulture for 47 years and is celebrating 25 years of running Garden Trails.

The Garden Trials are the missing link between the breeders, the growers, and the consumer. Testing over 60 varieties of hydrangeas, 3000+ spring annuals and perennials, 400 different garden mums, and at Christmas, you will find 156 different varieties of poinsettias.

Expanding into a full retail garden centre 4 years ago was a natural next step. The garden center sells a variety of annuals & perennials that have been proven in their trials, offering more selection than you can find anywhere else.

Now serving not only the professional horticulture industry with research, Sawaya Gardens offers a full retail garden centre open to the public
