Agriculture is in our roots. CTM was founded by farmers in 1879 looking for affordable insurance solutions that were not available through large and international companies.
Farmers are still at the foundation of CTM. Many of the CTMers and members of our Board of Directors grew up on their family farms, some can still be found farming locally today or are pushing agronomy forward to adapt to changing conditions.
