• Documents that would normally be mailed to you, will now be emailed to you if we have an email address on file with us. If you do not wish to have your documents sent to you in this manner, or if you are unsure whether we have your current email address, please contact your Agent or call the team at 1-888-302-6052
  
• All original documents will be mailed out to you as soon as the Canada Post strike is over.
  
• To make payments on policies, the following is a list of alternative options to sending cheques via Canada Post:
  • Stop by one of our office locations to make a payment or drop off a cheque.
  • Credit Card Payments can be made on our website or you can call and pay over the phone.
  • Payments can also be made online through your banking institution:
  • Add Caradoc Townsend Mutual as a Payee.
  • Use your Client Number (the first 5 digits of your Policy #) for the Account Number.
• Claim Settlement Payments will continue to be processed, and our Claims Team will work with you to arrange delivery or pick up options.
  
• As always, it is important to always carry a current Liability Slip (Pink Slip) in your vehicle. If you do not have a current Slip, please contact your Agent to request a copy.
